THE KIWI MARTINI
INGREDIENTS
85ml Arktika Vodka
1/2 tsp Simple Syrup
1/2 Skinned Kiwi
Kiwi slice to garnish
METHOD
Muddle the skinned kiwi with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and vodka. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
