INGREDIENTS
30ml Arktika Vodka
15ml Midori Liqueur
60ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Lime Juice
Citrus wedge to garnish
METHOD
Place ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Add a citrus wedge to garnish.
